Questions about paying

Who am I actually buying from?

Stripe acts as the merchant of record for Clipadillo, through its Managed Payments service. Stripe is the seller on your receipt, takes the payment and handles any VAT or sales tax due in your country. Clipadillo never sees or stores your card details.

How does the free trial work?

Your first five posts on Pro are free and need no card. You get the full Pro experience for each of them — AI-written hooks and captions, the reasoning behind each pick, and archive insights. When the five are used up nothing is charged automatically. You choose whether to subscribe, and your account stays on the Free plan until you do.

Can I get a refund?

Email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, no argument, as long as the plan has not been heavily used in that period. Where consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies on top of this and is not reduced by it.

What happens to my media if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted without you asking. If your archive is above the Free plan's limit you keep read access, can export your account data and can download your video files; you just cannot add new posts until you are back under the limit or upgrade again.
